3. Client responsibility

We are not responsible for delays or negative outcomes resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

4. Fees and payments

Fees for services will be communicated in advance and may be structured as:

All payments are due as agreed.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel services before work has started.

Once services have begun, refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Consultation fees are non-refundable.

• Loss of opportunity, income or status

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
